GDDR6X memory runs too hot on Ethash and causes instability on several cards. 3090 is more efficient but its ROI is terrible - don't go with this one unless money isn't an object for you. It is also an all-rounder card that can mine many algorithms well. It has one of the highest efficiencies on the market at 0.48Mh/Watt on Ethash. MSI Gaming MX and Sapphire versions of these cards are the best I have tested personally - get one of these if you can.ДЈ060 Ti is the best from Nvidia right now. I'd personally go with the 5600XT as it has a faster ROI.

You can also BIOS mod them for about 10% more hash power. Though these cards are only really good for mining Ethereum.
